What is the status of my order?


Your order may be in one of these statuses. Waiting for stock: We are waiting for stock to arrive from the manufacturer before we can confirm your order. We will contact you as soon as there's product available to fulfill your order. Ready for pick up or delivery: There is product available to fulfill your order, but we have not yet confirmed your pick-up or delivery date. Confirmed for pick up: The product is at the store ready for pick up and we will call you. Confirmed for delivery: The product is being prepared for your delivery date and you will receive a delivery time window the day before your scheduled delivery.




How do I get a copy of my receipt?


When you make an online purchase, you will receive a con confirmation email that can be used for your receipt.




What is factory distressing on furniture? Is it normal to see cuts, a rough edge or nail holes on some products?

Why is my order status waiting for stock?


Product availability can change at any time depending on the number of items in stock and the volume of other customers purchasing the same product If your product is not at our store within 4 weeks from the date of purchase, we will happily exchange or full refund.
